The weather outside is so nice! Spring and Summer Table Decor, especially for your patio? You bet! We love to spend as much time as possible enjoying our screened in patio. Even when it really heats up in Texas, with ceiling fans going, we can still enjoy our patio, particularly during meal time! Table Decorations for your Home of the Vintage variety are my favorite! And I love to mix interesting Vintage pieces with modern elements. Centerpieces for Outdoor Patio Tables are a simple way to use Vintage and Antiques.
Summer Table Decor
In recent months, I’ve be able to hunt for fabulous Vintage! From the Round Top Flea Market in Texas, to a road trip through Central Pennsylvania. My inventory is literally bursting with fantastic vintage glassware, linens, and containers that serve as wonderful centerpieces!
And while I’m always tempted to keep every single thing, I can’t really call myself a dealer if I don’t sell….so lucky you!

The star of this Patio Table Scape is undoubtedly these ice blue Vintage Glasses. They are Fostoria, and have some weight to them, making the perfect for outside dining! I have a set of Wine Glasses and a set of Champagne Glasses. You might also notice the blue crystal plates, which are simply gorgeous alone, or for creating the perfect layered look on your table.
I also used a set of vintage wicker chargers to add texture to my place setting. This set of eight chargers measures 7.5″, and works well beneath a salad or dessert plate.
For decor I chose a mid-century alabaster grape cluster, and a lovely milk glass bowl filled with lemons.
Table Decorations for Home
One of my favorite decorating techniques is to find interesting or unusual vintage containers and use them as part of a centerpiece grouping. Here, I’ve included the mid-century quartz grape cluster again, and then introduced two new elements. The first is a pair of vintage alabaster bird baths. The larger bird bath coupled with the smaller bird bath brings the outdoors to the indoors.
I’ve also included a single vintage candlestick. This porcelain and brass candlestick is decorated with hand-painted flowers. It’s part of a pair, but I thought a single candlestick worked better on this small patio table.
Centerpieces for Outdoor Patio Tables
Centerpieces for Outdoor Patio Tables can be a mix of formal and casual, and certainly don’t have to include flowers. The same applies to Patio Table Settings. Just because you are semi-outside, does not mean the tableware has to be extremely casual.
In this table scape, I created a more formal look. I’ve layered three different vintage china patterns. The bowl is a gorgeous floral Pirkin Hammer Czech china, and part of a set. The second plate is hand-painted with blue florals and has gorgeous reticulated details. The bast plate is the prettiest vintage pink-rimmed Limoges plate, part of a much larger set.
Did the glasses catch your eye?? I bet they did! I have sourced the prettiest set of peach-colored Depression Glass Goblets. The perfect set of glasses for anyone who wants something to coordinate with pastel linens or china or florals.
And the champagne coupes? They are BEYOND gorgeous. Lovely etched coupes that can be used for champagne or dessert!
I hope you find lots of reasons to set a lovely Patio Table! And I’m delighted to help you find the perfect Vintage accessories!
