Hi friends!  I hope everyone had a restful and productive Labor Day weekend!  While many families use this long weekend to squeeze in one more trip out of town, there’s still many more vacation opportunities ahead of us, y’all!  So don’t loose heart!  Today, I’m recapping some of my most popular Blog posts for Family Travel at Any Age!

As you know, NYC is one of my favorite cities to visit, and I know that finding activities that young kids and even tweens can enjoy can be challenging!  In this post, I shared two suggestions.

The New York Transit Museum is in Brooklyn, and is a very interactive and interesting museum that will keep visitors of all ages engaged!

My second NYC suggestion is the New York City Fire Museum in far west SoHo.  A fascinating collection of original fire equipment, helmets, and other artifacts that showcase the evolution of the FDNY very well!

Of course, Christmas is the ULTIMATE time to bring your family to NYC, and this post will give you lots of tips for making Merry during the Holidays.  Family Travel at Any Age plus Jingle Bells!

Another way to keep young NYC Tourists engaged is to let them help you navigate the Subway.  If you need to brush up on your subway skills, before handing over the keys to your more youthful fellow travelers, this post offers a great NYC Subway tutorial!  Family Travel at Any Age plus navigation skills!  Win/Win!

If your future travel plans include Italy, I have a TON of suggestions for travel with kiddos.  In this post, I gave you my tips for taking Teens to Italy, which I did in June 2018, and we had an amazing time!

Family Travel at Any Age that includes Europe can be particulalry challenging as you move from museum to museum and church to church and historic site to historic site.  For me, the guaranteed way to keep your young travelers, and yourself for that matter, interested and engaged is to hire an amazing private guide, who can tailor your tours, and commentary, to your family’s particular personality.  In Rome, I work exclusively with Rome Guide Services, and you can read more about this fantastic company in this post.  Be sure and tell them I referred you…they take EXCELLENT care of my people!!!

If Europe is not on your radar, but Mickey Mouse is….you are in for a treat!  I am a HUGE fan of all things Disney, and was fortunate to be included in a trip with the fabulous Blogger Tanya Foster.  I wrote two posts about my four days with the super fun folks at Walt Disney World Resorts.  In this post I reviewed several properties that beautifully incorporate Nature into the resort theme.  Family Travel at Any Age plus Mouse Ears!  YAY!

And, in this post, I shared lots of great inside scoop that will make a vacation at Walt Disney World even more magical!

If piling your young people in the family roadster and hitting the highway is more your style, I profiled a modern-day “Family Griswold” in this post, who planned an entire Route 66 style trip with the help of the Roadtrippers app.  They had a ball, and raved about this tool which made their family road trip incredibly memorable.

I love to travel with my kids, as I shared with you in this post, probably dating back to my own youth, as I shared with you in this post.  Family Travel at Any Age can be wonderful, and hopefully this post will take some of the challenges out of your next family vacation opportunity!
